Scientific Council and academic promotion procedures:

– organizing and coordinating meetings of the Scientific Council of the Institute for the History of Science,
– preparing documentation for meetings, including voting materials, draft resolutions and minutes,
– providing administrative support for doctoral and habilitation procedures,
– organizing doctoral examinations and committee meetings,
– preparing contracts with reviewers and committee members,
– managing national academic systems such as POLON and the Uniform Anti-Plagiarism System (JSA).

International scientific cooperation and communication:

– planning and coordinating international mobility of the Institute’s staff,
– organizing visits and stays of international guests,
– coordinating correspondence and organizing international meetings,
– preparing reports on international scientific cooperation,
– supporting activities related to academic cooperation and mobility,
– editing the Institute’s newsletter,
– managing social media and communication activities,
– maintaining the Institute’s website and the Public Information Bulletin (BIP).
