HR Excellence in Research (HRS4R)

In November 2021, our Institute began the application process for the HR Excellence in Research logo, awarded by the European Commission as part of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R). The HR Excellence in Research award distinguishes institutions that meet the high standards of employing researchers in the EU and conduct recruitment processes transparently and per the guidelines of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct (Charter and Code).

Over the past few months, the Committee appointed for this purpose has conducted an initial assessment of current practices and drew out the possibilities for their improvement at the Institute. Based on the survey results and interviews with the Management (Gap Analysis, OTM-R Checklist), the Committee has developed a long-term Action Plan required for the further stages of the logo awarding procedure.
